Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the text messaging program operated by Finovation Squad ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these Terms.
Program Description
Our text messaging program sends recurring messages about volunteer and community service projects, including schedules, locations, reminders, and related updates.
Opting In
You enroll by providing your mobile phone number and giving express consent — for example, by submitting our sign-up form or texting a keyword to join. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to enroll the number provided, and that you are at least 18 years old.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on service project activity. You may receive multiple messages per week during active periods.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
Opting Out
You can cancel the service at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will not receive any further messages unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify or terminate the messaging program, or update these Terms, at any time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.finovationsquad.com/privacy-policy-1. We do not sell or share your mobile information or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
